When a User Cannot Access a Resource

• Is the User properly logged into the LAN?

• Does the resource exist?

• Determine the existence of a Shared Directory on the Server

• Determine the permissions on the Shared Directory

• Determine if the User is in the correct group that has the access permissions

• If applicable, check trust relationships between domains, are they correct?
