Answer: Easily, he worked really hard at it. In fact, over the past few years, not only did Tim spend a tremendous amount of time and energy amassing the credentials and documentation shown below, he was actually being Brad Hudson in many of his transactions.
I think, because Tim enjoyed the James Bond series of movies so much, that he had plans to enter the storage unit one day as Tim Webster, and leave with all this supporting documentation as Brad Hudson. Tim Webster would permanently disappear. Brad Hudson would be in the forefront.
